About TRT Injection Supplies

Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) via subcutaneous injection requires two types of needle: a draw needle (18G) for withdrawing testosterone from the vial, and an insulin syringe (31G, 6mm) for the actual injection. Using a separate draw needle preserves the sharpness of your injection needle.

For subcutaneous TRT, we recommend a 1ml insulin syringe for the injection. Draw your dose using the 10mL draw needle syringe, then switch to the insulin syringe for a comfortable, nearly painless injection.
